Our client is a renowned Hotel serving Modern Continental food looking for an experienced Sous Chef to support this growing business!

* Working 48 hours per week over 7 shifts
* Exciting and varied menus
* Hotels experience is essential
* 5 different menus so need someone who can adapt quickly
* Confident running a section and managing more junior members of staff
* Brigade of 25 chefs (including 6 in pastry)
* Located in Central London

Salary Package of up to £38,000 per year depending on experience.
