We are looking for exceptional Senior Sous Banqueting Chef for one of world’s most iconic hotels.

Someone who is energetic, operationally sound, with high volume experience. It is a great opportunity for established and creative chef to join the team focusing on outstanding quality food.

* Extensive experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in banqueting kitchen
* In depth knowledge of 5-star kitchen processes and operations
* Strong understanding & application of French, British & International cuisine
* Excellent knowledge of French Kitchen terms

Competitive salary of £40,000 plus!
