Salary: Hourly Rate + Holiday Pay + Pension

Location: South West London

Our client is a high end events caterer who are looking for an experienced Senior Pastry Chef. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in fine dining – preferably in a Rosette/Michelin kitchen. Candidates must be reliable, organised, able to lead a team, passionate about food, have attention to small detail, and eager to learn new skills. This job is based in South West London.

This work will be starting ASAP, and is likely to be ongoing for numerous weeks. Shifts will be 5 days on and 2 days off Hours will be full time and will consist of double shifts.

Our Minimum Requirements:

* You must have a minimum of 3-4 years relevant industry experience
* Passport/Visa (Proof of ability to work in the UK)
* Up to date Level 2 or above Health and Hygiene Certificate.
* Chef Whites and Safety shoes
* At least 2 written or telephone referees/references
* Conversational, if not fluent English
* UK Bank Account and National Insurance Number
