Your next challenge will be working as a Senior Pastry Chef de partie, however you will also be expected to help in the main kitchen when required. You will need to have Rosette or Michelin experience.

* Causal menu executed at Michelin Standards
* Working 8 shifts and in charge of pastry section
* 10 chef Brigade
* French-influenced Mediterranean cuisine

* Values: reliability, honesty, team work, and a great attitude.
* At least 2 written or telephone referees/references
* Conversational, if not fluent English
* Eligibility to work in the UK
