This is a really exciting opportunity to work for a Leading Caterer, based in Surrey, managing a team of 10 and driving sales both on a proactive and reactive level.

The role:

* Management of the sales team; training and development
* Account management; building and nurturing client relationships
* Proactive sales, generating new business and driving revenue
* Represent the venue both on site and at exhibitions and roadshows
* Part of Senior Management team

What we are looking for:

* Proactive, confident and self-motivated leader with excellent sales experience
* Account management, is essential
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills
* Experience managing a team of staff; challenging and developing them
* Enjoys working in a thriving, fast paced environment
* Must be able to drive, travel will be required to visit clients
