Restaurant Supervisor – Local Community & Arts Centre
We are looking for a multi-talented, personable and friendly General Assistant to come and join our team in North London.
We have an exciting new role in North West London, for an ambitious and proven Waiter / Receptionist / General Assistant. We are based in a local cultural centre, and have a large restaurant and café space based on the ground floor.
We serve a diverse range of food in our restaurant and cafe, from Middle Eastern cuisine, through to contemporary Mediterranean and Israeli food. In our bar, and in the restaurant, we also serve a unique list of wines and cocktails, inspired and sourced from Israel, Italy and France.
The ideal candidate will have a can do attitude, a willingness to develop and grow with the company, and a friendly outgoing personality. A good command of English will also be very beneficial.
The role will be to oversee the day to day smooth running of the restaurant spaces, from ensuring;
* Emails are responded to in a timely manor
* Taking bookings, and updating the diary
* Answering the phone, and communicating messages effectively with the team
* Helping where required in the restaurant
* Payroll duties

Previous experience in a restaurant role would be beneficial for this role, as would having basic reception knowledge and experience. However these are not essential. The right candidate can also be very willing to learn fast and work hard, the right attitude will go a long way!
