Restaurant Manager – Members Club
We have an exciting new role in North West London, for an ambitious and proven Restaurant Manager.
We are based in a local cultural centre, and have a large restaurant and café space based on the ground floor.
We serve a diverse range of food in our restaurant and cafe, from Middle Eastern cuisine, through to contemporary Mediterranean and Israeli food. In our bar, and in the restaurant, we also serve a unique list of wines and cocktails, inspired and sourced from Israel, Italy and France.
The role will be to oversee the day to day smooth running of the restaurant spaces, from ensuring staffing levels to developing the potential of new staff. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing a team, recruiting, rotering and will have a thorough knowledge of 5* customer service.

Previous experience in a restaurant manager role would be beneficial for this role, as would managing a large venue in a high volume environment. However these are not essential. The right candidate can also be very willing to learn fast and work hard, the right attitude will go a long way!
