Restaurant Manager – European British Seasonal Influences

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic RESTAURANT MANAGER to come and join our great team. The site is friendly and comfortable, and we experience a high volume of footfall and bookings. We therefore need a keen individual who is looking for a new challenge and to hit the floor running.

An all-day Brasserie with a huge focus on seasonal and locally sourced produce, cooked to the highest standard, with a distinct British / European Influence. A refined casual dining experience with an emphasis on personality and service.

As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the restaurant from; recruiting & training, back of house paperwork, financial accountability, great customer service and a want to drive the business forward from strength to strength.

The ideal Restaurant Manager will enjoy a hands on approach to work, have great communication skills and will be looking for a new exciting challenge.

You will ideally:

* Have a great eye for detail
* Be highly customer focused
* Have previous experience in a similar role
