Change Hospitality have been specifically chosen to help with the recruitment of an incredible Restaurant General Manager for a BRAND NEW 5* Luxury Hotel, set to open in early 2018 in the West End.

The role of Restaurant General Manager will involve the initial set up of the restaurant, including recruiting and training of staff, working closely with the Executive Chef to devise the menu and implement the style of service on offer.

The outstanding Hotel building is currently being lavishly refurbished, and part of this will involve the creation of beautiful new restaurant which is aimed at being one of London’s destination venues.

As the Restaurant General Manager you will need:

* A charming and engaging personality that is confident at being the face of the restaurant.
* Previous experience within a quality dining operation in a recognised London venue.
* An ability to work closely with a budget and deliver on performance especially controlling costs of a new opening.
