A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the senior management team of one of Hong Kong’s most exclusive and modern luxury hotels in a unique position of Restaurant & Bar Director.
The hotel General Manager is looking for a proven hotel Head Chef who is looking to not only oversee the running of the hotels kitchen but also to develop their career into a more Food & Beverage Manager role overseeing the front of house team.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience working as a Head Chef in a hotel situated in a major Asian City and be able to adapt their management style to manage a well-established front of house team.
From a cooking point of view, you will also be highly creative and able to deliver an innovative food offering in what is a highly competitive market.
From a front of house point of view you will also be able to ensure the team is motivated and that services standards are maintained.
