A luxury Boutique Hotel in Kings Cross is looking for a professional and friendly receptionist to work on front of house in a fantastic team.

The role:

* Warm and welcoming, greeting all guests with a smile and a can-do attitude
* Guest check in/out
* General reception duties and administration
* Enquiry handling
* Effective communication with all departments to ensure smooth operation in the hotel and ensure guests satisfaction

What we are looking for

* Hotel front of house experience/ Customer service experience is highly valued.
* Great communication skills and courteous and professional at all times
* Must have a good level of spoken and written English
* Bubbly and friendly personality
* Previous experience with Opera or similar front office system would be desirable
* Computer literate and can send/write emails confidently
