Receptionist, Luxury 5 Star Hotel, London


Salary – £24K + amazing benefits

An amazing opportunity to work for an incredible Luxury Hotel in SW London in their Front of House team.

We are looking for a super personable, engaging and highly motivated superstar receptionist to be the face of the hotel and provide first class service to their guests.

Must have previous hotel experience, ideally 5*, with a great attitude and flexible to working hours.

The role:

* Warm and welcoming, greeting all guests with a smile and a can-do attitude
* Guest check in/out
* General reception duties and administration
* Enquiry handling
* Financially savvy; upselling and ensuring all guests payments, logs, invoices and floats are managed correctly
* Effective communication with all departments to ensure smooth operation in the hotel and ensure guests satisfaction

About you:

* Great communication skills and courteous and professional at all times
* Must have a good level of spoken and written English
* Bubbly, confident and friendly personality
* Previous experience with Opera or similar front office system
* Ability to work under pressure
* Self-motivated and eager to learn
* Flexible to shifts; rostered position with occasional night shifts on a rotating basis
