A beautiful spa in Buckinghamshire is looking for a new Receptionist to join their professional front of house team. You must have:

* Previous reception experience
* An excellent command of written and spoken English, combined with excellent communication skills
* Outgoing & positive attitude
* High attention to detail

Job description:

* Overseeing the running of the reception desk
* Accurately communicating with the Front of House team
* Meeting & greeting customer, providing excellent customer service
* Booking meetings
* Arranging couriers
* Answering and forwarding phone calls
* Screening phone calls
* Sorting and distributing post
