Project Manager (Office Space Improvement) fixed term contract

£200-250 per day

Our client:

* High profile luxury brand
* Central London

The role:

* Complete survey of designated office and warehouse staff in Head Office
* Update CAD drawings with proposed schemes for maximising &/or approving space
* Provide input to space utilization to improve efficiency, including proposals for improved floor plans and furniture solutions
* Provide design flair to complement the companies design guide to propose inspiring workspace solutions
* Prepare budget estimates
* Following approval of space improvements, manage procurement of contractors to carry out works & monitor program of works
* Liaise with key stake holders to maintain pro-active communication

What we are looking for:

* BIFM qualifications
* Experience of managing workplace requirements in a similar environment
* Experience in utilizing CAD systems to redesign office workspace to deliver effective space layouts
* Experience in developing compelling presentations to support proposals to submit to board level
* Understanding of HVAC systems to ensure designs provide an appropriate environment working with HVAC consultant where required
* Project management skills to produce specification, tender documents to ensure value and deliver agreed scope
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to deal with staff at every level
* Understanding of electrical systems to ensure layout designs meet regulatory requirements
* Understanding of lighting solutions to design and deliver appropriate levels of lighting to layouts
* Good communication & negotiating skills
* Understanding of IT systems to ensure user requirements considered
