Really exciting opportunity for a Proactive Sales Executive to join this lovely team within an amazing venue and with tons of potential for progression and development.

As a Sales Executive will be responsible for maximising revenue opportunities by driving income and increasing conversions.

Key responsibilities:

* Increase new business and up-sell opportunities
* Develop and grow the conference and event business
* Networking; trade shows, exhibitions, client evenings etc
* Work directly with the Business Development Manager to generate leads and prospective business
* Reactive Sales – Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue
* Respond to all enquiries in a timely manner
* Arrange client and prospective client site viewings
* Ensure Events Management Team and Operations Team implement and deliver service that exceeds client expectations

About you:

* Previous reactive and proactive sales experience is essential
* Must be numbers and targets focused and driven
* Must have venue experience
* Commercial awareness
* Good time Management
* Confident telephone manner
* Great communicator
