Duties:

* To develop and implement best practice People and Development solutions
* Support management across the business with all people management and development opportunities
* Organise and develop training
* Develop progression and recruitment plans to enable growth
* Implement systems and tools which can enhance employee performance
* Support management on all employment issues and ensure the business adapts all appropriate legislations
* Support management in ensuring the companies values and brand are integrated across the business
