The People and Culture Manager role

* Create and deliver initiatives to foster a high-performance culture
* Encourage people to bring their most awesome self to work and make a meaningful contribution to the club every day
* Drive the importance of employee engagement and continuous improvement incorporated into everyday business

We are looking for

* HR / People Manager experience
* Luxury club or hotels experience in London
* Excellent communication skills
* Have track record of implementing and leading a performance-based culture & providing training and support to managers
