Payroll Co-ordinator (Finance) Iconic London Hotel £32K

Our client

* Iconic Hotel
* Central London
* Exceptional opportunity

The role

* Reports directly to the Head of Finance
* Works alongside the Hotel HOD’s
* Primary focus is co-ordination of Payroll
* Will also reconcile finances for the hotel

Duties

* Payroll co-ordination for all departments in the hotel
* Management of payroll and data for Head of Finance
* Responsible for all new starters and leavers of the company
* Allocate and Coordinate training sessions for new and existing staff
* Making the monthly payments to time scales
* In control of tax and national insurance deductions
* Calculate employee overtime
* Produce P45’s, cheques and payslips when needed
* Send all employee forms to HMRC, for example P45, P46, P11d
* Facilitate Auto Enrolment and Company Pension Scheme enrolment
* To assist the Director of Finance and Financial Controller on projects as required
* Managing special employee situations like maternity or sickness pay

Requirements

* Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality
* Highly organised, with the ability to multi-task
* Able to work under pressure and prioritise needs
* Proficient with Fourth Hospitality
* Confident and positive personality
* Use initiative and be proactive in making decisions
* Knowledge of the Fourth Hospitality system, or similar
* Exceptional attention to detail and timekeeping
* Excellent written, spoken communication skills at all levels
* Ability to be flexible, with a systematic and methodical approach
