Very high volume, Modern menus, beautifully presented and exceptionally high quality.

The menus change on a daily basis with a large selection on the dessert menu, which means you will be able to use many pastry techniques and not be confined to a small menu like many other restaurants.

As pastry sous chef you will be managing a team of 6 pastry chefs alongside the talented Head Pastry Chef. You will be involved in mise en place, service, kitchen management, recipe development and ensuring that the standards of the restaurant are maintained.

Located in Central London this is a wonderful role for a talented, passionate, hard working and driven pastry chef.

The ideal chef will be one who has a background in fine dining, can work at a high quality and quantity. The salary package is amazing for this role as there will be a lot of tronc due to the high volume of customers. The basic salary will be around £32,000 a year for 6 shifts with overtime paid.
