We are proud to be working alongside one of London’s most reputable luxury hotels in the search for an experienced Pastry Sous Chef. This establishment is highly regarded within the industry in its patisserie production and will provide the successful applicant with a strong step in their senior career.

About you:

* Proven experience in leading a brigade of 10 pastry chefs+
* Strong production and plated experience, knowledge of baking also beneficial but not essential
* Passionate about product development and menu creativity
* A team player- driven to succeed and encourage progression within the junior team
