We are one of London’s most prestigious 5 star Hotels, and we are currently recruiting a Pastry Sous Chef to join our excellent pastry team. You will be involved in helping the Head Chef lead and mentor the team, and helping created beautiful elegant pastry desserts, and classic, delicious afternoon tea cakes.

We are looking for someone who would like to help inspire us for our new creations. Someone who appreciates modern trends and wants to push the boundaries.

Our team is made up of 6 talented and ambitious pastry chefs. We work around 45 hours per week, mainly from 8am to 5pm – although shift pattern may vary depending on banquets.
