We are searching for a Pastry Sous Chef required for this high end Michelin Star Restaurant in West London. Shift patterns are Monday to Friday only!

This stunning fine dining restaurant, is seeking an experienced Pastry Sous Chef to join its brigade. Only the finest ingredients are used to produce stunning desserts using modern European techniques. You must have proven experience within fine dining establishments of Michelin standard. You will also need to be organised and have good management skills.

As the Pastry Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the executive pastry chef to create new dessert menus and implement them. You would be responsible for training any junior chefs under your wing as well as be in charge of the pastry kitchen in the absence of the executive pastry chef. A salary package of £35,000 per annum is available for the right Pastry Sous Chef.
