An excellent opportunity is available for a Pastry Sous Chef to work at a fantastic Michelin star restaurant based in the heart of Central London.

The cuisine has a French influence and you would have the chance to work under a world renowned executive chef who has worked his way through the company for over the past 10 years.

As it is a well established Michelin Restaurant hours will normally be between 60-70 per week dependent on the level of business and the season.

This site is part of a prestigious group of restaurants around Central London. Should you succeed within this role there is excellent career progression on offer, and you will have the opportunity to grow within the group and work across other sites.

You will also have chance to work within a Michelin kitchen and really get to grips with the structure and procedure of working within an 8 – 10 brigade of Michelin trained chefs.
