AA Rosette Restaurant Pastry Sous Chef Position – salary package of up to £36,600!

A huge name in West London restaurants is now hiring a Pastry Sous Chef to work in one of their West London locations. Join a very well-structured team, working in well-known company with worldwide locations!

As a Pastry Sous Chef, you should have experience managing a pastry kitchen in a fine dining establishment. You should have strong communication skills both written and verbal and a robust knowledge of seasonal produce. You should be capable of supporting junior chefs and taking direction from the Head Pastry Chef.

West London Pastry Sous Chef, AA Rosette restaurant:

* Salary package of up to £36,600 a year
* 50-60 hours a week
* Evening shifts only
* World-wide recognised name in fine dining restaurants

What we need from you:

* 7 years minimum experience with at least 1 year at Pastry Sous Chef level
* Strong communication skills with ability to support and motivate a team
* Passport or ID and visa where applicable
* Proof of address ie bank statement or utility bill
* Food Hygiene Certificate in line with Hospitality and Catering industry standards
* 2 years of reference contact details or written references
* National Insurance Number
