We are looking for experienced Pastry Sous Chef to join this beautiful hotel in Channel Islands! Duties will include leading a pastry team, developing new recipes, daily preparation and presentation of food and ensuring the kitchen is kept hygienically clean. This position requires a good level of English, good communication skills and excellent attention to detail. You will have previous Pastry Sous/ Senior Pastry Chef de Partie experience and a solid work history – at least 2 years within a large 4/5* Hotel.
