A pastry production kitchen in South East London is looking for an organised kitchen manager to manage and run the kitchen. Organisation is key, as the volume of products is increasing so it is important that all health and safety matters are maintained.

As you will be developing menus, a traditional training in Pastry is vital, as well as an understanding of modern pastry trends, as the company are aiming to create modern and delicious recipes.

The company is looking to massively expand their output, so a volume background is very much required.
