We are looking for an experienced pastry chef to join a beautiful hotel on the edge of Richmond Park. Renowned for their afternoon tea offering and high quality restaurant, this is a fantastic opportunity for pastry chefs located in West London and into Surrey to grow and develop both their production and plated experience.

Further details of the role:

* Mixture of classic & modern cooking techniques- including molecular!
* 4 doubles with 3 days off
* Brigade of 15 chefs in total- pastry 2/3 chefs
* Plated, afternoon tea production & events- excellent all round experience!!
* Large spacious and newly renovated kitchen with good quality equipment
* Creativity encouraged- conceptualise beautiful dishes with the highly experienced Head Chef
* Competitive salary of £28,000
