A very prestigious kitchen in London is looking for a new Pastry Junior Sous Chef who can maintain their Michelin star standard working with top quality French produce and only the best ingredients. Attention to detail is essential!
Either you are a Pastry Junior Sous Chef already or an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie with great Michelin experience, apply today!

About the job:

* 1 Michelin star restaurant
* Brigade of 13 chefs
* 60 hours per week
* Monday to Friday only
* London – Chelsea

You will need:

* Good knowledge of French cuisine
* Experience in French restaurant and fine dining
* Experience in Michelin star restaurants
* Immaculate presentation
* Good organisation skills
* Confident running a section and managing more junior members of staff
* Stable dates of employment
