We have a unique opportunity available for an experienced Pastry Chef De Partie to work at a famous Michelin restaurant in Central London, alongside a fantastic brigade of 25 chefs.

If you are looking to explore Michelin food in more detail, work with modern french cuisine where you can learn new culinary skills and progress within your career then this could be the right opportunity for you.

You will be working 48+hrs per week (depending on the season) which should work out to between 7-9 shifts. The restaurant is open 7 days a week and you must be flexible and available to work weekends. This role would be perfect for someone willing to explore ingredients and gain more knowledge within this type of cuisine.

The restaurant will normally cater to 130 covers on a busy service. There is an amazing A La Carte menu which changes regularly with many of the chefs being able to input with their own ideas for dishes. They also have a tasting menu which features many of the head chef’s signature dishes.

You must have at least 3 years experience working at Pastry Chef De Partie level, ideally have experience in working within a Michelin/rosette restaurant, be confident in working as part of a team and also being able to work well independently.

* You must have a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience
* Passport/Visa (Proof of ability to work in the UK)
* Up to date Level 2 or above Health and Hygiene Certificate.
* Chef Whites and Safety shoes
* At least 2 written or telephone referees/references
* Conversational, if not fluent English
* UK Bank Account and National Insurance Number
