Fine dining, upscale restaurant in Central London looking for a strong Pastry Chef de Partie

A Michelin star restaurant in Central London is now looking for an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie. You will need to have a track record in running a section in a fine dining environment. Technical skills are key to this role, but creativity plays a large part. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in culinary arts with a passion for sweet and delicious creations. You will be strong in communication and have great attention to detail.

Pastry Chef de Partie – Michelin Restaurant – Central London

* Preparing a wide variety of goods in following traditional and modern recipes
* Refined technical skills such as sugar work, tempering chocolate and artisan breads/crackers
* Knowledge of British seasonal ingredients
* Strong communication
* Creative, passionate, and driven
* 8-9 Shifts weekly
* Closed Sunday/Monday

What we need from you

* Previous Michelin, Rosette or Hat experience
* Passport or ID and visa where applicable
* Proof of address i.e bank statement or utility bill from the last 3 months
* National insurance number
* Food hygiene certificate in line with hospitality and catering industry standers
* 2 years of references supplied
* Strong communications skills
