Exciting opportunity – PASTRY CHEF DE PARTIE in a fine dining restaurant – Central London – Luxury 5 stars Hotel – Modern French cuisine, position is available Straight Away!

The restaurant has 1 Michelin Star and 3AA Rosettes, it is closed every Saturday lunch and Bank Holidays!

You will have the opportunity to work in a high-end luxurious location, being part of a fantastic brigade of 25 chefs, with an annual salary of £27,000.

What we would ask from you:

* Experienced chef
* Michelin or 3AA Rosette experience
* Understanding of all UK HACCPS procedures
* At least 2 written or telephone referees/references
