A very prestigious kitchen in London is looking for a new Pastry Chef de Partie who can maintain their Michelin star standard working with top quality French produce and only the best ingredients. Attention to detail is essential!
As Pastry Chef de Partie you will also be expected to help with preparation in main kitchen when needed.

About the job:

* 4 AA Rosettes and 1 Michelin Star Restaurant
* Casual dining, sharing plates concept
* 7 shifts
* Last orders at 11pm
* Closed Sundays!!
* London – Mayfair
* Learn techniques such as curing, brining and smoking

You will need:

* Good knowledge of French and Mediterranean cuisine
* Experience in French restaurant and fine dining
* Experience in Michelin star restaurants
* Immaculate presentation
* Good organisation skills
* Confident running a section and managing more junior members of staff
* Stable dates of employment
