We are looking for experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join this beautiful hotel in Channel Islands! Duties will include developing and learning new recipes, daily preparation and presentation of food and ensuring the kitchen is kept hygienically clean. This position requires a good level of English, good communication skills and excellent attention to detail. You will have previous Chef de Partie experience and a solid work history – at least 2 years within a large 4/5* Hotel.
