This 2AA Rosette restaurant is offering an amazing opportunity for someone who doesn’t have fine dining or rosette experience to join a team and get excellent training on site. If you are passionate about working with fresh, seasonal, British, flavour focused dishes then this restaurant will inspire you.

The restaurant is aiming for a 3 AA Rosette

The head Chef is super passionate, creating a menu which revolves around his passion for uniting flavour, colour, and history into every dish.

Location: South West London, Richmond

Brigade: 14 chefs in total (3 in pastry)

Working hours: 40-45 (rarely overtime, given in lieu)

The Restaurant undertook an extensive redesign with the new interior taking inspiration from the restaurant’s stunning views of the surrounding countryside

We are looking for people with good dates (at least 12 months in last 2 roles) and good attitude, someone who wants to learn and progress.
