I am looking for an energetic and passionate Pastry Chef De Partie to work in an amazing British Fine Dining Restaurant in London. Likely to receive accolades this year. Modern European influences with the dishes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a pastry chef looking to learn and progress in their career, the food is incredible and because it’s quite a small team you will benefit from a lot of one-on-one training with the Head Chef – the Head Chef has a Michelin star background so has a wealth of knowledge to share!

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and very interested in ‘foodie’ menus. Everything is made from scratch, including the bread and the ice cream.

The package will be £25k per annum for a chef de partie, but this will be for a candidate with rosette standard background, and around 5 or 6 years in kitchen. For a demi CDP it would be up to £23k. The position is available right away!
