Pastry Chef – DAYTIME HOURS. £26K Charing Cross

We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic and dedicated Pastry Chef!

We are based within an exclusive retail venue in London, and we are looking for a Pastry Chef for our bakery / Café. A Pastry Chef who is looking for a new challenge, alongside having a keen interest in exceptional products and fresh produce.

We make everything on site, with fresh and seasonal ingredients, from our sourdough bread to all of our pastries, cakes and tasty lunches.

We operate service hours between 11am through to 7pm, serving food 12-5pm daily. And we are open 7 days a week.

The Role:

* To work closely with the head Chef with menu development
* To work closely within a brigade of 6
* Ordering and supplier Management
* DAYTIME hours
* 5 days weekly
* Approx 45 hours weekly
* Seasonal British / European Menu

Ideally we would like to see someone who is passionate about the hospitality industry – who has previous experience in a similar role at a similar level, and who has a proactive attitude towards menu growth and development.
