Operations, Retail and Box Office staff for New Venue Opening

The Change Group is a hospitality recruitment company, working in and around London with a variety of clients within the hospitality industry, including: Michelin-starred/2AA Restaurants, prestigious 5* Hotels and some of the best event caterers etc.

We are now recruiting for an international business who are about to launch their latest exciting new venue in London.

Your role will be to deliver great customer service throughout the venue and make the guest’s experience a memorable one.

Responsibilities include ticket sale processing and mailing, handling reservations for future shows using the in-house ticketing system, sales and data management, ushering guests inside the venue, looking after visitors and audiences, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring that the gallery is always welcoming and at its best.

Responsibilities will include ticket sales, merchandise sales, cash handling, and upselling. All roles will be responsible for looking after all guests, delivering excellent guest experience and ensuring the venue is always presented at its best. The venue will be a busy location and the team will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation for all guests at the venue.

F/T & P/T Working hours will vary each week between

9am – 5pm / 2pm – 7pm / 10am – 2pm

or a flexible casual contract with a selection of shifts

Hourly rates of pay £8 per hour + holiday

* Essential training dates: 26th September – 2nd October 2018 inclusive

We are looking for bright, enthusiastic and hard working people with previous customer service experience preferably gained within an art gallery, retail or hospitality setting.

*Our minimum requirements

* You must have a minimum of 2-3 years relevant industry experience
* Passport/Visa (Proof of ability to work in the UK)
* At least 2 years of written or telephone referees/references
* Great command of the English language
* UK bank account and national insurance number
