* be able to manage and support the center team and build a strong rapport with clients and visitors alike
* be able to manage the facilities, security and ongoing maintenance of the center and build productive relationships with suppliers and contractors
* be able to manage the accurate billing of services and sales ledger
* be self-motivated with a pro-active ‘can-do’ approach, able to work on their own initiative
* have a big SMILE and a genuine passion for, and experience of, delivering excellent customer service
* Manage the GM team
* Look after reception, HR, Training
