Exciting opportunity for PASTRY JUNIOR SOUS CHEF or PASTRY SOUS CHEF to work in a Modern British 1 Michelin Star Restaurant – the position is available Straight Away and offers Great work life-balance.

This is a MONDAY-FRIDAY role, working around 60 hours per week, with a salary of up to £35,000/year.

You will get the chance to take part of a fantastic team, brigade of 13 chefs offering Modern British cuisine – max 40 covers.

What we are looking for:

* Michelin background
* Passion and great knowledge of British produce
* Great attitude and work ethics
* Organisational skills and understanding of all UK HACCPS procedures
* At least 2 written or telephone referees/references
