We are currently recruiting for an experienced full time Marketing Manager for a luxury 4* hotel. The hotel has maintained its reputation as one of London’s pre-eminent hotels.

Our client invests in their staff, providing fantastic training and development opportunities to help develop employees to their full potential.

Duties:

*Implement the Marketing plan and deliver marketing activities within a set budget and that subsequently add top-line value to the hotels’ total revenue performance.

*Plan advertising schedules and materials in conjunction with relevant departments and working closely with creative agencies and media partners.

*Generate media coverage for the hotel along with the PR agency and control the management of the website.

*Responsible for the integration of social media within the hotel’s marketing strategy.

*Lead and manage the activities and productivity of the Marketing team and responsible for the staff rostering, payroll, absence and holidays to meet with business demand.

*Create an environment that promotes employee morale and encourages effective team work, ensuring effective communication within the team.

Requirements:

*Proven experience in marketing management within the hotel or hospitality industry.

*Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all aspects of marketing disciplines.

*Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

*Well developed commercial acumen and the ability to formulate and implement marketing strategies.

*Strong organisational, administrative and people management skills.

*A qualification in a marketing or business management related field.
