A modern hotel set in acres of idyllic parkland is looking for an enthusiastic Sous Chef. This is an amazing opportunity to working in a 2 rosette, state of the art, open-planned kitchen. You will be working alongside a Michelin Starred head chef who is passionate about career development and creating a fun working environment. All the produce is practically grown on site!

What you need:

* Food hygiene certificate in line with Hospitality and Catering industry standards
* 2 years of references supplied
