Luxury Brand – Client Service Representative – German speaking

Do you have a 5-star background in hospitality or luxury brands? Do you speak fluent German? Do you have outstanding customer service skills?

We are now looking for a Client Service Representative for one of the best luxury brands in London.

Within the role, you will assist all costumers and be the first point of contact for the reception/concierge in person and via email or telephone. This position requires active listening, efficient problem-solving, and effective judgement in addressing client queries and escalating issues as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide client service support for all Events
* Handle general client enquiries across all channels
* Provide client service support via telephone and email for any enquiries
* Assist in gathering and recording Client Comments
* Strong awareness of overall business activities and ability to communicate relevant information
* Other duties as assigned by Manager

Skills/Competencies Required:

* BA/BS or comparable working experience in client service preferred
* Ability to work with clients in person and remotely
* Willingness to accept assignments with positive attitude
* Desire to learn and take on new challenges
* Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
* Commitment to regular and punctual attendance
* Flexible working hours when required, including evening and weekends
* Fluency in German – mandatory
* Fluency in other European language, Arabic, Russian or Mandarin desired
