Luxury 5* Countryside Hotel – Operations Manager

We operate a 5* luxury Hotel in Berkshire, set in over 300 acres of National Trust land, providing a luxurious escape from the City,

We require a Proven Operations Manager, who has experience managing and running a 5* luxury property, which includes award winning restaurants, event facilities and Spa.

The ideal person:

* Will have previous experience managing a property with over 200 rooms
* Will have experience working in / and around Fine dining restaurants
* Will be financially competent
* A real people person, customer focused, staff focused

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years previous experience at the same level
* This role will not be suitable for a first Time Operations Manager
* Previous experience working in a luxury 5* establishment
* Full driving licence – and access to a car
