London and Regional Sales Manager – Buckinghamshire – £33K

A really exciting opportunity has just come in for a unique, luxury 5 star resort in Buckinghamshire.

This beautiful venue is looking for an experienced sales manager with a hotel and event background to work at this incredible and prestigious resort.

The role:

· Management of the Event Sales team, providing training as required

· Proactive sales, generating new business through calls, FAM trips and site visits

· Devising and executing sales plans and developing marketing strategies

· Represent the venue both on site and at exhibitions and roadshows

· Ensure budgets are achieved

· Fast paced environment

What we are looking for:

* Proactive, confident and self-motivated leader with excellent sales technique
* Previous experience in hotel and event sales, as well as account management, is essential
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills
* Experience managing a team of staff
* Enjoys working in a thriving, fast paced environment
* Experience using Opera software and confident using MS Office applications
