Ledger Co-ordinator

Internationally renowned organization with offices in Central London is looking for an experienced Ledger Coordinator in help ensure the accuracy of the client accounting ledgers on a timely basis.

This is client facing role and as such, you will need great customer service skills along with a basic knowledge of accounting. For the right candidate, this is an excellent opportunity to join a fantastic organization and gain excellent experience.

Main Duties:

*To ensure that the client accounting ledgers are accurately maintained at all times
*The timely processing of ledger entry requests, including invoicing and credit notes
*Effectively resolve incoming queries from internal departments and stakeholders on a timely and accurate basis
*Assuming ownership of the ledgers and using the tools provided, following up and resolving outstanding issues
*Management of the receipting tasks within the department for London and other sales sites globally
*Settlement and management of VAT refunds
*Ensure legal and statutory requirements are met for all seller transactions
*Provide exceptional service to both internal and external clients as appropriate

To be successful in this role you will need:

*Knowledge of basic accounting
*Experience of dealing directly with clients
*Language skills preferred
*Knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and JDE preferred
*Ability to learn new systems quickly and effectively
