Our client has a global presence with 53 offices in 32 countries around the world including in London, New York, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, Dubai and Shanghai.

This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the client accounting ledgers on a timely basis. The Ledger Co-ordinator will interact with the cashiering, settlements and credit control functions in addition to managing requests and queries from the business.

Main Duties:

*To ensure that the client accounting ledgers are accurately maintained at all times using JDE confidently and effectively.

*Management of the receipting tasks within the department for London and other sales sites globally.

*Settlement and management of VAT refunds.

*Ensure legal and statutory requirements are met for all seller transactions.

*Provide exceptional service to both internal and external clients as appropriate.

Requirements:

*Build and maintain strong relationships with all internal departments.

*To be proactive in dealing with requests and queries from internal departments.

*Escalate any issues preventing the timely and accurate maintaining of the client accounting ledgers as appropriate.

*To assist other colleagues when needed.

*Assist with any new and on-going projects as needed.
