Junior Sous / Sous Chef. 45 hours. £30K – SOHO

We are looking for a Junior Sous / Sous chef to come and join our brigade of 6.

We are open in the evenings all week and brunch and dinner at the weekends.

We have an open kitchen, natural daylight and access to fresh air!

We serve our guests at the pass, as well as having restaurant seating in the back of the restaurant, and we specialise in fresh and seasonal daily changing menu.

We love fish… We love shellfish. This is our passion, and although we understand it might not be yours – you will have to have a keen interest, and willing to learn if you don’t already have the skills.

We are happy to train and develop you in to our team – we just need a can-do person.

We are offering a 48 hour working week, split between 5 shifts weekly. 2 consecutive days off.

Start times: 12pm daily, finishing by 11:30pm latest.

We are based in Soho and are really keen to find a friendly person who would like to learn and develop with us as a company.
