Are you classically trained with a minimum 2 years solid experience in a fine dining restaurant? My client is looking for a reliable and talented Junior Sous to join their reputable restaurant in Notting Hill.

This fantastic opportunity offers the successful applicant the following:

* Highly regarded Head Chef- well known throughout the Hospitality and Catering industry
* High quality Modern European menu- regularly changing
* 6 shifts: Open dinner Tuesday – Sunday, lunch only Friday – Sunday
* Starting salary of £28k
* Culinary trips and meals with the team
* 2.5 days off weekly
