A trendy meat restaurant is looking for a sous chef to help lead their talented chef Brigade.

Located in busy central London with a heavily meat focused menu this is an opportunity not to miss. Taking high volumes of covers over 200 a day, this is a past faced restaurant that works with this volume whilst maintaining high quality. The food particularly the meat is sourced from the finest of suppliers.

As sous chef you will be expected ensure that the brigade runs smoothly, a strong management background is required as well as a good background of restaurants. The Restaurant caters to a huge volume of covers a week so you must be confident to take over the P & L, stock management, GP and all back of house matters. A determined attitude and a desire to learn more to progress through the company is vital. You need to be passionate about food, be organised, able to work at speed to keep up with the fast paced nature of the kitchen. Your knowledge of British food and meat should be of a good standard and you should be of a high standard in HACCP and food hygiene.

The salary for this role can be up to a generous £30,000 based on previous experience. 7 shifts a week may vary based on the needs of business.
