Fine Dining meat and grill focused brasserie is looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to start with us and grow within the company

We are a well established restaurant serving the best gourmet meats. We are part of a bigger international group so great opportunities to travel.

You will be working in a new and very spacious kitchen, cooking with the best jospers, robatas and charcoal grills.

We are looking for a hardworking chef, with a good background and attitude.

You will be leading the team, training the juniors and and deputising for Sous and Head Chef.

What we expect form you

* You will have a positive attitude
* Understanding of consistency in a high volume environment
* leadership skills and teamwork values
* AA Rosette or AA Rosette standard previous experience
* 1 year experience as a Junior Sous Chef
